- Use and install the power supply correctly. The voltage and frequency of the power supply must meet the requirements of the equipment. The power supply voltage used in China is generally 380V, while some foreign countries use 460V. Therefore, customers are required to confirm the voltage of the power supply in order to apply the equipment. Low voltage may affect the excitation force of the vibrating screen, and in severe cases shorten the service life of the vibration motor.
- The tension of the screen should be appropriate. The installation of the screen is also a problem that everyone should pay attention to. There are wedge blocks on both sides of the screen to fix the screen and prevent the screen from falling off under a large excitation force. If the tension is not appropriate, the service life of the vibrating screen will be seriously shortened.
- The mesh size must be selected appropriately. Generally, in the process of oil drilling, there are one-opening, two-opening, three-opening, and four-opening. In the case of one-opening and two-opening, the requirements for drilling fluid are not very high. Users can consider using a smaller number of screens. The more screens there are, the smaller the separated particles will be. When choosing screens, many customers choose a smaller number of screens in the early stage, which can help customers save costs.
- Before using the vibrating screen, open the fixing bolts. This is fixed by the manufacturer for the convenience of transportation to prevent the vibrating screen from shaking during transportation and affecting the service life of the equipment.
- Many customers have reported the problem of slurry leakage on the vibrating screen. The main reasons for this problem are as follows: First, the angle of the vibrating screen is adjustable, which can be adjusted by 1-5 degrees. When the vibrating screen is confirmed to be flat, the angle of the vibrating screen can effectively prevent the problem of slurry leakage; second, the processing capacity of the vibrating screen must be correctly matched. Some customers are not clear about the processing capacity of the vibrating screen, which causes slurry leakage.
